A Day of Ritual & Relationship
Flower essences are liquid infusions of blossoms and light — gentle, accessible, and potently transformational vibrational remedies that shift our state from the inside out.
They are also one of the oldest and most intimate ways we have ever known to be in partnership with the plant world.
Over the course of one Sunday, I will guide you through the full arc of making your own flower essences — from the first attunement to a plant that calls you, through the sun-infusion process itself, into the practice of reading what your essence is and what it has come to teach you.
This is a sacred container, a true initiation into the art and practice of flower remedies.
You will leave with a flower essence you have made with your own hands, a relationship with the plant who gave it to you, and a four-week invitation to deepen your relationship.

What You’ll Learn
During this 4.5-hour immersive workshop you will explore:
The language of the plants. Learn to understand the wisdom, gifts, blessings, and messages of plants through multiple pathways — from morphology to mythos and beyond.
The art of essence-making. Understand the full sun-infusion process, step by step. You'll go outside during the workshop to gather, set your essence in the sun, and bring it back inside to bottle and preserve.
The deeper context. Explore what flower essences actually are, the lineage they come from, how they work, and the many creative ways to weave them into daily life.
How to meet the spirit of your essence. Experience a guided journey to meet the over-lighting spirit of your plant.
The four-week partnership. An ongoing practice for living alongside your essence after the live retreat.

Your Guide
Welcome. I’m Juniper Stokes, a teacher and practitioner of wild alchemy — a soul-centered healing approach that weaves together ecological wisdom, alchemical practice, imaginal work, and energy medicine.
For over a decade, I have been making flower essences in sacred ceremony, both in my own organic gardens and out in the wilds — wandering for miles and hours through mountains and meadows and forests, allowing the spirits of the plants to guide me.
The result of this is a flower essence practice that is both rooted in tradition and lineage, and a living expression of my own authentic way of partnering with plants.
For years, I have been asked for a class on how to make these essences — including the unique ways I attune to and understand the frequency of our flower friends.
It’s finally here. This July, just before our full moon, you’re invited to join me for live flower essence making class.
Together, we’ll partner with the spirits of the land and the blooms to create vibrational elixirs for inner transformation…and so much more!
